3. Meet Your Trainer
Janithapriya Porogama

Janith combines extensive experience, military training, and holistic wellness knowledge to provide a comprehensive approach to fitness.

Background:

  • Professional Experience, NVQ 4 Qualified Fitness Trainer: 10 years with the Sri Lanka Air Force and 5 years as a Gym Instructor and Physiotherapist, specializing in individualized fitness and rehabilitation.
  • Military Training: Completed advanced Physical Training Instructor courses at SLAF Diyathalawa, the Army Institute in Pune, India, and specialized Disaster Management training.
  • Holistic Health: Certified in Ayurveda Therapy from Osethma College, integrating traditional health techniques into modern fitness.

4. BENIFITS
 

  1. One-on-One Sessions: Personal training conducted individually to focus on the specific needs and goals of each participant. Maximum 5 participants per group.

5. Admission
Criteria

  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Health Status: Participants should be in good health and able to engage in physical activity. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a doctor before applying. At NDH we can arrange a free Ayurveda doctor consultation.
  • Interest in Fitness: A genuine interest in health and fitness is required.
  • Goals: Applicants should be able to share their fitness goals and reasons for joining the program.
  • Commitment: Participants need to commit to attending regular training sessions and following their personalized training plan.
