and Aims
This 12-hour Face Yoga course provides participants with the knowledge and techniques necessary to enhance their overall wellbeing—mental, emotional, and physical. The course covers the fundamentals of face yoga, focusing on facial exercises that can be practiced at home or taught to others.
With a structured approach across eight modules, participants will learn detailed exercises aimed at rejuvenating the face, understanding facial anatomy, and maintaining a youthful appearance through natural methods.

Criteria
Candidates interested in this course should have:

The course includes a blend of lectures, practical sessions, and group activities. Participants will have access to detailed instructions for each exercise and are encouraged to practice these techniques both during and outs.

Collaboration is encouraged in group activities, but individual assignments and assessments should reflect personal effort. Any breach of academic conduct will result in penalties as per NDH Lifestyle Campus regulations.
